Understand what your dashboards show — and how to use them to run your business

Your dashboards give you a high-level view of what’s happening across your business — without needing to open individual bookings, customers, or reports.

Since we offer multiple products—All-In-1 E-Commerce Solution, Multi-Channel Inbox, Website, and Services In My Hood—you’ll have a separate dashboard for each product. Each product shows the metrics (KPI) and activity that matter for that part of your business. Together, dashboards help you stay oriented, spot issues early, and decide where to take action next.

What dashboards are used for

Dashboards are designed to help you:

  • See business performance at a glance

  • Monitor bookings, customers, and revenue trends

  • Identify what needs attention today

  • Navigate quickly to the right place to take action

Dashboards do not replace day-to-day management screens like the Calendar or Booking Profile. Instead, they help you decide where to go next.

This guide will walk you through the main features of your dashboards, helping you navigate efficiently and make the most of the insights available.

Section 1 - Accessing Your Dashboards

Each product has its own dedicated dashboard.

You can access them from the left navigation:

  • All-in-1 E-Commerce → Dashboard

  • Multi-Channel Inbox → Dashboard

  • Website Builder → Dashboard

  • Services In My Hood → Dashboard

Each dashboard is tailored to the product you’re viewing, so the data and panels may differ.

  • Navigate to All-in-1 E-Commerce, then select Dashboard

  • Navigate to Multi-Channel Inbox, then select Dashboard

  • Navigate to Website Builder, then select Dashboard

Navigate to Services In My Hood, then select Dashboard

Section 2 - Dashboard Header Overview

At the top of every dashboard, you’ll see a header with quick actions and controls.

What you’ll find here

  • Dashboard title & greeting
Confirms which product dashboard you’re viewing.

  • Refresh & reset icons
Refresh data instantly or reset the layout to its default view.

  • Get Set Up button
Appears if important setup steps are incomplete, helping you move forward quickly.

  • Create button
Provides fast access to common actions like creating bookings, customers, or quotes (depending on the product).

Section 3 - KPI Panels

The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) panels give you a quick snapshot of your most important business metrics, helping you monitor performance at a glance. The dashboard comes with a set of default KPIs, but you have full control to add, edit, delete, and rearrange them to suit your needs.

Key features of the KPI panels include:

  • Customizable & Flexible:
Add new KPIs relevant to your business, remove those you don’t need, or modify existing ones to better reflect your goals.

  • Drag & Drop Arrangement:
Easily reorder the panels by dragging and dropping them, so your most important metrics are always front and center.

  • Default KPIs Included:
These include Active Customers, Average Booking Value, Average Sales Per Customer, Open Quotes, Top Three Customer Revenue, Total Customers, and Total Sales—giving you a comprehensive overview right from the start.

  • Add KPI Button:
Use this to explore and add more KPIs, tailoring the dashboard exactly to your preferences.

This flexible design ensures your dashboard stays relevant and focused on what matters most to your business.

Note: Each product dashboard is tailored to the specific product. This means the KPI panels you see may differ between dashboards, showing only the metrics and data relevant to that product.

Section 4 - Key Business Panels Overview

While KPIs give you a high-level snapshot of your performance, the Key Business Panels provide a more detailed and interactive view of your day-to-day operations. These panels help you track bookings, customer activity, and quotes—all in real-time—and can be customized, rearranged, and displayed in different chart formats to suit you.

Key features of these panels include:

  • Customizable Date Ranges:
Adjust the date filters on each panel to focus on the time period that matters most to you—whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly, or custom ranges.

  • Flexible Visualization Options:
Choose how your data is displayed by switching between different graph types such as bar charts, donut charts, line graphs, and more. This helps you analyze your data in the most meaningful way.

  • Editable & Rearrangeable Panels:
Modify panel settings to prioritize the metrics most relevant to your business. You can also drag and drop panels to rearrange their order on your dashboard, creating a personalized layout that suits you.

Included Panels:

  • Next 5 Days at a Glance: Get a clear timeline view of your upcoming bookings for the next five days, helping you stay organized and prepared.

  • Bookings Sales/Collections: Track bookings sales and collections.

  • Customers: Monitor your active customer base.

  • Quotes & Open Quotes: Keep tabs on all your quotes, including those still open.

  • Incomplete Bookings: Identify and review bookings that haven’t been marked as complete.

By tailoring and arranging these panels, you create a dashboard experience designed to help you make faster, smarter decisions every day.

Note: Each product dashboard is tailored to the specific product. This means the key business panels you see may differ between dashboards, showing only the metrics and data relevant to that product.
