How to assign a booking to multiple service providers?

Dispatch a booking to multiple team members

You can dispatch a single booking to more than one service provider when a job requires multiple team members.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Dispatch

  2. Locate the unassigned booking

  3. Drag the booking to the first service provider

  4. Click and drag the same booking to the second (or additional) service provider(s)

The booking will automatically resize on the timeline as you assign additional team members.

Important: Set the correct Team Size

Before assigning multiple service providers, make sure the Team Size on the booking matches the number of people required (e.g., 2 or 3).

If the team size is not set correctly, the booking may not divide properly across multiple service providers.


If you assign the wrong service provider

Simply drag the booking from the incorrect service provider’s row to the correct one.

Changes are only applied once you click Save.


What happens after assigned a booking

Once saved:

  • The booking appears on each assigned service provider’s schedule

  • Their time is blocked during the booking

  • Notifications are sent via email and mobile app push notifications

  • The booking status updates to Dispatched
