Call-To-Action

The Call-To-Action (CTA) component allows you to highlight an important offer or service and invite visitors to engage with your company instantly.

Use it to:

  • Promote a special service or offer

  • Capture leads directly from your website

How to Access Call-To-Action Settings

  1. Sign in to your MioCommerce account

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Website Plugins

What You Can Customize

Inside the Call-To-Action section, you can:

  • Edit the headline and description

  • Preview the component before publishing

What Happens After Someone Submits the Form?

Once a visitor fills out your Call-To-Action (Request a Call Back) form:

  • The contact is automatically created in your account

  • The entry appears under CRM β†’ Prospects

  • The Source will be marked as Call To Action

  • You will receive an email notification

This allows you to:

  • View their contact details

  • Track when they submitted the request

  • Follow up quickly

  • Convert them into a customer

Every submission is stored inside your MioCommerce CRM β€” so you never miss a potential lead.
