How to Access Call-To-Action Settings
Sign in to your MioCommerce account
From the left-hand menu, click Website Plugins
Select Call-To-Action
What You Can Customize
Inside the Call-To-Action section, you can:
Edit the headline and description
Preview the component before publishing
What Happens After Someone Submits the Form?
Once a visitor fills out your Call-To-Action (Request a Call Back) form:
The contact is automatically created in your account
The entry appears under CRM β Prospects
The Source will be marked as Call To Action
You will receive an email notification
This allows you to:
View their contact details
Track when they submitted the request
Follow up quickly
Convert them into a customer
Every submission is stored inside your MioCommerce CRM β so you never miss a potential lead.
π Once you connect with the prospect and qualify them, you can easily convert them into a Customer and continue the booking process.
