Keeping your MioCommerce Mobile App up to date ensures you have access to the latest features and improvements -

How to update the MioCommerce Mobile App (iPhone)

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone

  2. Search for MioCommerce One

  3. If an update is available, tap Update

  4. Once the update is complete, tap Open to launch the app

How to update the MioCommerce Mobile App (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Search for MioCommerce One

  3. Tap Update if available

  4. Open the app after the update completes

If you have the app version 10.1.0002 and above, you will see an in-app message like:

“Update Available – You can now update this app to the latest version.”

You can:

  • Tap Update to proceed immediately

  • Or choose Maybe Later and update from the app store at a later time

For best performance and access to the latest fixes, we recommend updating as soon as possible.

Note: If you don't see a pop-up on your mobile app, please

  1. Click on Menu > "About"

  2. On the bottom, click on a circle button - "Check for Update"

In the mobile app, you can see the latest version by clicking on the Menu > About
