To add non-working hours for your team aka Service Provider(s), please follow the below instructions -
Step 1. To go Service Providers and select the Work Calendar of the Service Provider for whom you would like to add a non-working time
Step 2. On Service Provider's calendar, go to the date and time and Click to add non-working hours.
To view all the non-working hours of a Service Provider, go to their Working hours
Click on "Non-working hours"
