As an admin you can add non-working hours for your team

As an Administrator, you can block off time in a Service Provider’s calendar to indicate when they are unavailable to work.

Adding non-working hours ensures that:

  • Customers cannot book appointments during unavailable times

  • Dispatching remains accurate

  • Schedules reflect vacations, personal time, training, or sick days

How to add non-working hours

To add non-working hours for your team aka Service Provider(s), please follow the below instructions -

Step 1: Go to the Service Provider’s Work Calendar

To go Service Providers and select the Work Calendar of the Service Provider for whom you would like to add a non-working time

Step 2. Add non-working time on the calendar

On the Service Provider’s calendar:

  • Go to the specific date and time

  • Click directly on the calendar

  • Select the option to add Non-Working Hours

  • Save your changes

That time will now be blocked and unavailable for bookings.

Important

Non-working hours override availability. If time is marked as non-working, it will not be bookable — even if the Service Provider normally works during that time.

How to view all non-working hours

If you want to see a full list of blocked times:

  1. Go to the Service Provider’s profile

  2. Click on Working Hours

  3. Select Non-Working Hours

Here, you’ll see all scheduled non-working periods for that team member.

Click on "Non-working hours"
