If you're having trouble logging in, don’t worry — here are a few quick steps to help you get back into your account.

Option 1: Reset Your Password

If you see an error message when trying to sign in, it usually means the password entered is incorrect.

  1. Click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the sign-in page.

  2. Enter the email address you previously used to log in.

  3. Click “Reset My Password.”

  4. Check your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
