Once you have send the IQ to your customer via email or text, it has an option to accept (Book & Buy Now options in front of each frequency) as well as decline a Quote.
If your customer choose to decline an IQ, they will be redirected to an online link, where they can add a feedback as to why they want to decline interactive quote.
The Interactive Quote status will be automatically updated to "Declined" and Admin will receive an email notification.
What can an Admin do next?
An admin can re-open Interactive Quote, edit and send it again to the customer.
Or if Admin do not need any record of it, it can be deleted.
