Yes! Under Interactive Quote Settings, you can set auto-reminders. They can be send via email and/or SMS.
To set reminders, go to Interactive Quote Settings
a) Remind your customers that an Interactive Quote is still open and that you are still awaiting a response
Reminders will be send out until the Interactive Quote is Accepted and booked, Expires, Declined, or Deleted. Double-Click item to modify it
b) Notify your customers before an Interactive quote is about to expire
