In this article, we’ll walk you through the updated dashboard, our free offerings, and how to access them.
Navigating the New Look Dashboard
This is how the dashboard looks when you log into your MioCommerce account.
We now have a new item labeled “Get your Free Stuff” and the six free items right below it.
The free items are:
Multichannel Inbox
The Multi-Channel Inbox consolidates communications from multiple customer communication channels into one interface. The inbox aims to improve customer engagement and streamline workflows for more sales and better marketing.
Customer Floating Dock
The Floating Dock goes on your website and comes with call-to-actions, like Click-to-Call, Customer Login, Live Reviews, Live Pricing Buy Button, and ChatBox. The CTAs are visible on all your website pages for continuous customer engagement and higher conversion rates.
Import Customers
This feature allows you to add all your existing customers to MioCommerce in under 5 minutes.
Booking & Interactive Quoting Page
This feature lets you build a free Live Pricing and Real-time Booking Page or an Interactive Quoting Page. You can use these pages to give your customers personalized pricing and the option to book instantly, pay online, and receive instant confirmation.
Stripe
This feature ensures seamless payment processing for your services. allows you to receive customer and booking information directly in your Stripe account, facilitating easy and efficient client billing.
Live Zoom Demo
This feature allows you to schedule a free demo or tutorial with one of our experts. Access to personalized sessions means you can get immediate answers and tailored strategies to optimize your usage of our platform for better results.
How to Get the Free Stuff
Now that you know what the new look dashboard is all about, let's go over how you can grab the free items.
Here’s how to set up each of the free stuff.
The Multichannel Inbox
1. Click “Multi-channel Inbox” on your dashboard.
2. Click “Next” to access the communication channels you can connect to your Inbox.
3. Select and connect your preferred channels to the Multichannel Inbox.
Currently, you can connect the following channels to the Multichannel Inbox.
Facebook
Team Chat
Chat Box
Gmail
SMS
While the Multichannel Inbox has a free forever Basic plan, you’ll need to upgrade to the Plus Package to use premium features like SMS. Visit the Multichannel Inbox Pricing Page to learn more. |
Customer Floating Dock
1. Click Customer Floating Dock on the dashboard
2. Click “Next” to start adding call-to-action buttons to your Floating Dock.
3. Add the Click-To-Call Widget. To do this:
Set "Display this widget" to "Yes".
Enter Your Phone Number
Set the Button Label
Enable Box Shadow (optional)
Choose Button Color
Click "Next" to proceed.
4. Add the Customer Portal Widget. To do this:
Set "Display this widget" to "Yes".
Set Button Label
Click "Next" to proceed.
5. Add the Customer Portal Widget. To do this:
Set "Display this widget" to "Yes".
Set Button Label
Click "Next" to proceed
6. Add the Website Chat Widget. To do this:
Set "Display this widget" to "Yes".
Set Introduction Text Message
Set Off Hours Text Message
Set First Text Message Sent
Choose Chat Box Colors
Click "Next" to proceed.
7. Add the “Real-time Reviews”. This is a paid widget. See how to buy it in the image below.
8. Add the “Book & Buy Now” live pricing button. This is a paid widget. See how to buy it in the image below.
9. Copy and paste the code to embed the dock into your website. Click “Next free product” to proceed.
Import Customers
To import customers
Upload a CSV file with existing customers.
Test the file to identify potential issues.
Click “Import Now” to add your customer’s list.
Booking & Interactive Quoting
To build your first page:
Choose Page Type - Select either "Create Live Pricing & Real Time Booking Page" or "Create Interactive Quoting (IQ) Page" by clicking the corresponding blue button.
You’ll be directed to the respective setup page, where you can customize and configure the features to best suit your business needs
Stripe
To connect your Stripe account,
Click on the blue button "Connect your account" under the Stripe logo.
You'll be directed to the Stripe login page. After linking your Stripe account, you'll be redirected back to our platform, ready to process payments.
Click "Next free product" to continue.
Live Zoom Demo
To schedule a demo
Click “Live Zoom Demo” to schedule a free demo with one of our product experts.
You'll be directed to the scheduling page.
