Unify your business communications by centralizing your emails inside the Multi-Channel Inbox! This guide will show you how to connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 inbox to help you stay on top of your emails!
To start, navigate to your Multi-Channel Inbox configuration page and click on the Add Channel button.
A new channels window will appear. From there, find Outlook or Microsoft 365, and click Connect
You will be redirected to a new page, sign in with your regular Outlook or Microsoft 365 credentials.
After you have signed in, you will be taken back to your Multi-Channel Inbox configuration page. Congratulations! Your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account is now connected!
