Delete a seat from your Multi-Channel Inbox

To delete a seat, navigate to your Multi-Channel Inbox configuration page and click on the Delete button.

After you have deleted a seat, you will be taken back to your Multi-Channel Inbox configuration page. Your Team member removed from the Multi-Channel Inbox will also be notified by email.

Congratulations! You have successfully deleted a seat.
