Utilize and customize predefined macros for creating and saving common messages and chat topics into a macro. A macro is essentially a saved reusable template of the message, so that you can save time and streamline your communication efforts while maintaining your company’s unique tone and voice across all interactions.
To create a text macro, navigate to your Multi-Channel Inbox and click on the Macro icon.
A new macro window will appear. From there, click Create a new macro
Then, click on Text Macro. Text macros can be used with every connected channel in your Multi-Channel Inbox. They only allow for plain text without any styling.
In order to create a macro, you need to give it a title and a body. You can also add personalized tokens that will be rendered upon sending the macro. For example, if the “Customer First Name” token is added to the body of the macro, the token will be automatically replaced by the name of the customer you send it to. When you are done, click Save
Congratulations! To use your new macro, simply click on his title with your cursor. The macro will be automatically copied to your Inbox input field. Ready to be sent!
