How to create an active list ?

Create an active list inside your Multi-Channel Inbox

Learn how to create a list of customers records based on property values and other characteristics. You can create lists of customers, service providers and prospects. This article includes instructions for creating and editing active lists from the lists tool.

To create an active list, navigate to your Multi-Channel Inbox and click on the Lists icon.

A new window containing all your lists will appear. From there, click Create

Then, click on Active List. Active lists automatically update over time based on the criteria you selected to create the Active List. Customer records will be added or removed from the ACTIVE list depending on whether or not the customer records meet the criteria you selected for creating the Active list, at the time you send the message to the customer.

The active lists creation process contains 6 sections. First, pick a recipient type in section 1. We have 3 options: Customers, Service Providers or Prospects. Choose one or multiple filters in section 2, we currently have over 39 filters that you can pick from. Name your list in section 3. Give values to your filters in section 4. Save in section 5 and visualize all your current recipients in section 6. You can Refresh List at any point to keep track of all the recipients it contains. When you are done, give your list a name and click Save

Congratulations! Your list is ready to be used! You can also come back to your active list at any time to modify it by clicking on the Gear icon next to your list title.
