Tracking a coupon helps you understand how well your promotion is performing - how often itโs being used, how much revenue itโs generating, and how much discount youโve given. This allows you to evaluate whether the campaign is profitable and worth repeating.
To track a coupon, please follow the below steps -
Step 1: Go to Coupons
Log into your MioCommerce account and click Coupons.
Youโll see a list of all your created coupons.
Step 2: Open the Coupon View
Click the Eye icon next to the coupon you want to track.
This opens the detailed coupon performance page.
The page contains 4 sections.
Section 1: Coupon Overview
This section displays the main coupon details, including:
Coupon name and code
Target audience
Active status
Discount type and value
Start and end dates
Use this section to quickly confirm the setup of your promotion.

Section 2: Coupon Restrictions
This section shows all the restrictions applied to the coupon, such as:
Usage limits
Day restrictions
Booking type limitations
Minimum or maximum totals
This helps you verify that the coupon is behaving as intended.
Section 3: Redemption Chart
This chart shows how many times the coupon has been redeemed over time.
You can:
Adjust the time range
Switch between bar or line view
๐ก This is helpful to identify trends โ for example, whether redemptions increased after an email campaign or promotion launch.
Section 4: Performance Summary
This section provides a financial summary based on the selected time range:
Total Bookings โ Number of bookings where the coupon was applied
Total Revenue (after discount) โ Total revenue of your bookings on which your coupon was redeemed, minus the discounts.
Total Discounts Given โ Total value of discounts applied
You can click View Bookings to see the specific bookings where the coupon was used.

What to Do Next? ๐
After reviewing performance, you can:
Deactivate it if the campaign is complete
Adjust restrictions for better results
Or create a new campaign based on your findings.
