Unify your business communications by centralizing your Instagram messages inside the Multi-Channel Inbox! This guide will show you how to connect your Instagram account to help you stay on top of your messages!

To start, navigate to your Multi-Channel Inbox configuration page and click on the Add Channel button.

A new channels window will appear. From there, find Instagram, and click Connect

You will be redirected to a new page. Sign in with your regular Instagram credentials and follow all the steps.

After you have successfully signed in, you will be taken back to your Multi-Channel Inbox configuration page.

Congratulations! Your Instagram account is now connected! You can also notice that the Instagram logo has now been replaced with your Instagram account profile picture.
