Snippets and Links allow you to quickly share frequently used messages or important links without rewriting them each time. This helps you respond faster, stay consistent, and provide customers, team and prospects with the right resources in seconds.
You can create custom snippets or links depending on whether you’re chatting with a customer, prospect, employee, or email contact.
How to Create a New Snippet or Link
Step 1: Open a Conversation
Go to your Inbox
Click on Inbox (in the blue button) and select a customer, prospect, or everyone from the left-hand panel.
Click on "Team Chat" if you would like to send a message to your teammate.
Note: Snippets and links differ based on whether the recipient is a customer, prospect, employee or email contact.
Step 2: Open Snippets & Links
On the right-side panel, click Create/Edit Snippets and Links.
Step 3: Click “Add New”
Select Add New to create a reusable snippet or link.
Step 4: Enter Details
Give your snippet or link a name
Add the text snippet or paste the URL
Click Done
Step 5: Save
Click Save to finalize your new snippet or link.
Once saved, a new button will appear above the contact’s profile during conversations. You can use it instantly whenever needed.
Congratulations! As you can see, a new button is now displayed. This button will consistently appear above the profile of every customer you are chatting with.
Manage Existing Snippets and Links
You can:
Show or Hide a snippet or link
Edit it
Delete it
Custom snippets can be fully modified.
Default system snippets cannot be edited but can be hidden.
You will also notice that the following default snippets and links are included. While these cannot be edited, they can be hidden

Request and manage customer reviews directly from the Inbox. Post positive reviews, filter negative comments and reply quickly to customers!
