Setup 1-on-1 Reviews
Once the 1-on-1 Reviews Addon is activated -
Step 1. Add Your Review Platform Link
Before sending review requests, add the platform where you would like to collect reviews.
To add a link navigate to Marketplace > 1-On-1 Reviews Card
Click on "Settings" to add your preferred review platform link.
You can change this link anytime if you want to collect reviews on a different platform.
Step 2. Send a Review Request
Open the Customer Profile
Under the right-side menu, click Actions
Select Request 1-on-1 Review

Step 3: Confirm Communication Preferences
A pop-up will appear showing the customer’s communication settings.
If Email or SMS is set to “Off”:
Go to the Customer Profile
Click Notification Settings
Turn Email and/or SMS to Yes
Select how you would like the customer to receive the review request.
Step 4: Send the Review Request
Click Send Now. Your customer will receive a message with a link to leave a review.
When they click the link:
• A page opens with a star rating and comment box
• Based on the rating, the review is handled accordingly
Positive reviews are directed to your selected platform.
Negative Reviews are sent privately to you by email.
Where to View Reviews
You can view all submitted 1-on-1 Reviews under:
The main left menu > My Apps > 1-on-1 Reviews
Your Customer would receive an email like below. Once they click on the blue button, a web page with a star rating and a text box to add a review will open.
If you regularly complete multiple bookings per week, you may prefer to automate review requests instead of sending them manually.
1-on-1 Reviews Automation allows review requests to be sent automatically after completed services - based on the rules you define.
