A booking can only be cancelled from the Booking Profile.
Before you cancel
Cancelled bookings cannot be restored.
If you may need the booking again, consider:
Rescheduling instead of cancelling, or
Cloning the cancelled booking to recreate it with the same details
Cancel a booking
Go to Bookings from the left menu.
Select the booking you want to cancel.
In the Booking Profile, open the Actions menu and click Cancel Booking.
The booking status will immediately update to Cancelled.
Allow customers to cancel or reschedule
You can allow customers to cancel or reschedule their own bookings through the Customer Portal, depending on your settings.
