Resetting your Stripe integration allows you to disconnect and reconnect your Stripe account with MioCommerce. This is useful if your Stripe account status has changed or if you need to re-establish a fresh connection.

Resetting the integration does not delete your Stripe account. It simply refreshes the connection between Stripe and MioCommerce.

When Should You Reset Your Stripe Integration?

You may need to reset your Stripe integration if:

  • Your Stripe account was recently approved or fully activated

  • You updated important details in Stripe

  • Payments are not processing as expected

  • You were advised by MioCommerce support to reconnect Stripe

Step-by-Step: Reset Stripe Integration in MioCommerce


Step 1: Open the Marketplace

From the left-hand navigation menu, click Marketplace

Step 2: Open Stripe

In the Marketplace, select Stripe

Step 3: Uninstall Stripe

  1. Click Uninstall

  2. Confirm the action when prompted

This disconnects Stripe from your MioCommerce account.

Step 4: Reinstall Stripe

  1. After uninstalling, you will see an Install button

  2. Click Install

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your Stripe account

What Happens After Reconnecting Stripe?

Once the setup is complete:

  • MioCommerce establishes a fresh, updated connection to your Stripe account

  • Your Stripe account is connected in its current approved and active state

  • You can resume charging customers using MioPay
