Most Service Providers use the MioCommerce Mobile app to stay in touch with their team on the go, and keep up to date on their bookings.
With the mobile app, a Service Provider can:
View all the booking details
Navigate to the client location with map features
Contact the customer (when given permission by admin)
Inform the team if they are on way or running late
Check-in/Check-out from a booking
Edit the service provider's personal profile settings
Note: The MioCommerce mobile app does allow a service provider to check in & check out from booking, however attaching pictures to a booking is currently reserved exclusively for those with administrator status.
