Attachments allow you and your team to store documents, images, and supporting files directly within a booking.
This is useful for:
Checklists, manuals, or instructions
Before-and-after photos
Site condition records (e.g., stains, broken items)
Signed documents
Attachments keep all job-related information organized within the Booking Profile.
Note: You can also upload photos and record videos directly from your MioCommerce Mobile App
All files uploaded to a Booking generate a public shareable link automatically.
You can copy and share this link with customers, service providers, or anyone who needs access to the file.
A shareable link is generated every time you upload an attachment.
To copy an attachment link:
Step 1. Go to Bookings and open the relevant Booking.
Step 2. Scroll to the Attachments section.
Step 3. Click on the Booking Attachment at the bottom right inside the Attachments box.
Step 4. Click the blue copy icon next to the file to copy the public link.
You’re now ready to paste and share the attachment link anywhere — email, SMS, or chat.
