So, let’s take a look at what each status means:
All new Interactive Quote requests from your customers or prospects that have come in and which you haven't actioned yet.
Interactive Quotes that you have started working on but have not yet sent to the customer or prospect.
Interactive Quotes that you have prepared and sent to customers or prospects for their review and acceptance.
Interactive Quotes which have been accepted by the customer. A booking is created (viewable in the bookings section) corresponding to each of the accepted quotes.
Interactive Quotes that have been declined by the customer or prospect will appear with a 'Declined' status. An optional feedback section is provided, allowing them to share their reason for declining. Regardless of whether feedback is given, it's a best practice to follow up with the customer or prospect to understand their concerns and explore how the quote can be adjusted to better meet their needs.
IQs which your customer did not action by the expiration date set by you. (How to modify the Expiration Date for Interactive Quotes?). By default the Expiration date is set to 7 days from the date it was sent to the customer.
