By default, an Interactive Quote expires after 7 days from it being sent to a customer. Also, the status of a "Sent" IQ changes to "Expires Soon", 24 hours before the expiration date.

If you wish to change these settings, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to "Settings" tab from the left navigation panel on your Dashboard page

Step 2: Under Operation setting section, Select "Interactive Quotes"

Step 3: Change the Expiration date to whatever number of days. By default it is at 7 days

Step 4: Change the reminders and Expiration warning settings from their corresponding sections

Double click on the cell you want to edit. Edit, Delete and Add as many notifications you want at different intervals.

Step 5: Save your settings. Your Interactive Quotes are now ready with their revisions.
