Absolutely! You can configure automatic Quote reminders to be sent to customers by email and/or SMS from your Quote Settings.
These reminders help prompt customers to respond to Quotes that are still awaiting a decision.
Where to set up Quote reminders
To configure automatic reminders:
Go to Settings
Select Quotes
All reminder options are managed from this page.
Types of Quote reminders you can enable
MioCommerce supports two types of automatic Quote notifications.
Open Quote Reminder
What it does:
Reminds customers that their Quote is still open and awaiting a response.
How it works:
Reminder emails or messages are sent automatically
Reminders continue until the Quote is:
Accepted and booked
Declined
Expired
Deleted
Or 30 days have passed since the Quote was created
You can adjust the 30-day limit directly in Quote Settings.
Make sure to save your changes before leaving the page.
Open Quote Expiring Warning
What it does:
Notifies customers that their Quote is approaching its expiration date.
How it works:
The reminder is sent before the Quote expires
It prompts the customer to review and respond while the Quote is still valid
Customizing reminder messages
Both reminder emails can be edited from Settings > Notifications - Customers > Scroll to the bottom until you view 'Quotes' related messages
You can:
Update the subject and message content
Adjust wording to match your business tone
