A Quote can be edited while in draft mode (after it has been saved) or even after it has been sent to the customer or prospect. Learn more about Quote statuses here.

Once you've sent the Quote, your customer or prospect can request changes before accepting it. Modifying and resending the quote is quick and easy.
To edit or update a Quote, follow the steps below.
From the main left-hand navigation, go to Quotes and select the quote you want to edit
In the right-hand menu, under Actions, click Edit
After clicking Edit, you’ll be able to modify the following:
Contact Information
For a Quote issued to a new prospect, you can directly edit the First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number. To update this information for an existing customer, please navigate to their profile.
Service Location
You can edit the service location associated with the Quote. If no location was assigned, you have the option to add one.
Advanced Booking Page Options & Extras
If you selected an existing Advanced Booking Page when creating the Quote manually, or if it’s a web quote submitted through one of your published Interactive Quoting Pages, all the questions and pricing configured on that page will be displayed and can be edited. For a custom Quote, this section will not be displayed.
Custom services, extras or discounts
Add, edit or remove any custom line items, extras or discounts.
Editable Standard Quote form
Here, you can add, edit, or remove any goods and services you wish to charge the customer for and include in the final quote.
Frequency
You can add, remove, or edit any service frequency options as needed.
Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions will be displayed on the Quote.

Expiration date
You will NOT be able to edit
The Quote service type (such as Home Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Car Wash, Mobile Detailing, Pet Services, etc...)
