What are Quotes?
Quotes allow you (the admin) to create and send service estimates to customers for jobs that require acceptance before booking.
Customers can review the quote online and accept or decline it. When a quote is accepted, it is automatically converted into a booking in MioCommerce.
Quotes is a powerful feature designed to help you engage and convert customers for services that can't be sold instantly through our E-commerce-style Live Pricing & Real-Time Booking Pages. Quotes enables more personalized interactions and tailored sales experiences, making it ideal for more complex offerings.
With this feature, you can now create and send customer-friendly Quotes in minutes, accurately price your services, and automate follow-ups to close more sales with ease!
When you need Quotes?
Quotes are a great fit when your service depends on visiting a location or specific job needs. Not every service fits a fixed price or instant checkout. Quotes were created to handle services where you need to:
Review job requirements
Customize pricing or labour time
Confirm scope before scheduling work
Instead of back-and-forth emails, Quotes give both you and your customer a clear agreement on price and scope before the booking is created.
Types of Quotes You Can Use
MioCommerce gives you two flexible ways to send quotes, depending on how your service is set up.
