By default, a Quote expires 7 days after it is sent to the customer. Additionally, the status of a Sent Quote changes to Expires Soon 24 hours before the expiration date. Learn more about Quote statuses here.

If you'd like to adjust these settings, please follow the steps outlined below:

From your All-in-1 E-Commerce dashboard, navigate to Settings using the left-hand menu

Under Operational Settings, select Quotes

To change the default number of days before a Quote expires, enter your desired value. By default, this is set to 7 days. Note: When creating a Quote, you can also choose a custom expiration date—or select no expiration at all.

To change the expiration warning settings, navigate to the Open Quote Expiring Warning section. This setting controls when your Quotes change status from Sent to Expires Soon. Additionally, an automatic warning will be sent to the prospect or customer via email and/or SMS, based on your configured preferences. To learn more about automatic Quote reminders and warnings, click here.

Here, you can add, edit, or delete as many notifications as needed, with each one configured for a different interval before the expiration date. If you remove all notifications, your Quotes will skip the Expires Soon status and go directly to Expired.

Finally, save your settings. Congratulations—your Quotes settings have been updated and are ready to go!
