The purpose of this article is to help you learn how to use coupons inside your Multi-Channel Inbox.

To start, navigate to your MioCommerce account and click on Inbox.

Upon selecting a customer, prospect or email contact. You will now have access to a new Sales Actions, Select a Coupon Code.

When clicked, Select a Coupon Code will prompt a new smaller window containing all your active coupons. From there, you can select the coupon that you want to send to your customer, prospect or email contact.

When selecting a coupon, all the coupon restrictions as well as the booking pages where you coupon can be used on will be shown (see image below in red). If empty, please make sure you have a coupon section added to at least one of your Live Pricing & Real Time Booking pages.

Once you have selected the appropriate coupon. Hit Send Coupon Code

Congratulations! The coupon code will be automatically copied to the chat input box. For the best customer experience, we recommend adding a booking page or your website URL link directly within the same message.

Coupon code can also be easily included inside any text or email macros. To send a coupon code to an active or a static list, click on Send to a List and follow instructions here!
