Activating or deactivating a coupon allows you to control when a promotion is available. When a coupon is deactivated, customers and prospects can no longer apply it on your booking page - even if the start and end dates are still valid.
This is useful when you want to pause a campaign, stop a promotion early, or temporarily disable an offer without deleting it.
Step 1: Go to Coupons
Log into your MioCommerce account and click Coupons.
You will see a list of all your existing coupons.
Step 2: Toggle the Coupon Status
Find the coupon you want to activate or deactivate and click the Power On/Off icon.
If the icon appears yellow, the coupon is currently inactive.
If the icon appears green, the coupon is currently active.
Clicking the icon will immediately change the coupon’s status.
What Happens Next?
Once activated or deactivated, the coupon’s status updates instantly in the table.
💡 Deactivating a coupon does not delete it — you can reactivate it anytime if you decide to reuse the promotion.
