You can filter your Service Requests based on their status as below:

So, let's understand what each status means:

All new service requests submitted by customers or prospects that have been received but are yet to be addressed, including those created manually

Service requests that have been converted into interactive quotes, with an associated interactive quote generated from each service request.

When a Service Request is converted into a Quote, the action is irreversible.

Once converted:

  • The original Service Request remains viewable

  • The Service Request can no longer be edited

  • The Service Request cannot be reconverted or reused

  • All future actions continue from the Quote

This safeguard ensures data integrity and prevents conflicting changes once pricing and quoting begin.

Service requests that have been converted into one or more bookings.
