2. Payment Automation
Payment Automation lets you automatically charge customers, whether they are one-time or recurring:
Charge before a booking starts
Charge after a booking ends
Charge after you mark a booking as complete
You can also fine-tune timing: a few hours before or after the booking, the day before, or even several days later.
Requirements:
MioPay (with Stripe) must be enabled.
Each customer must have a Primary Credit or Debit Card on file.
MioAssistant will use this card to collect any outstanding balances automatically.
3. Monitor Automation Activity
The Automations Activity view lets you:
See which automations have run
Check their current status
Quickly access details of actions performed
This gives you visibility and confidence that everything is running smoothly.
