How does my customer redeem a bundle?

Here's how your customers can redeem the bundle

If your customer purchased a Booking Bundle, they can easily redeem their remaining services directly from your live pricing and real-time booking page.

Step 1: Go to the Original Booking Page

The customer must return to the same booking page where the bundle was originally purchased.

On that page, they will see a Booking Bundle Code input field located in:

  • The right-hand Booking Summary panel (desktop), or

  • The bottom Booking Summary section (mobile)

Step 2: Enter the Bundle Code

  1. Enter the bundle code in the input field.

  2. Click the “Redeem” button directly below it.

👉 The customer does not need to fill out the rest of the booking form before clicking Redeem.

Step 3: Select a Date and Book

After clicking Redeem:

  • The system redirects the customer to the available date selection page.

  • They simply choose a date and complete the booking.

That’s it — the service will be deducted from their remaining bundle uses.

Summary

  • Go back to the same booking page where you purchased the bundle.

  • Enter your bundle code in the Booking Summary section.

  • Click Redeem (no need to fill out the form first).

  • Select a date and complete your booking — the session will be deducted automatically.

Important Notes

  • The bundle code only works on the booking page where it was originally purchased.

  • The code becomes active only after the first booking has been scheduled.

  • Extras are not automatically included in future bundle redemptions.
