In MioCommerce, an invoice is considered paid based on its invoice status.
An invoice marked Paid in Full means the total amount has been collected, while Partially Paid means only a portion has been collected and a balance remains.
Where to see the payment status
Go to Payments → Invoices from the left main menu
Open the invoice
Check the status displayed at the top of the invoice
What each invoice status means
Paid in Full — The total invoice amount has been collected
Partially Paid — A partial payment has been collected and an outstanding balance remains
Sent or Draft — No payment has been collected
Cancelled — The invoice is cancelled (payments are not refunded automatically)
To view the exact amount collected and payment method, check the Payment Transactions section in the related booking or customer profile.
