Creating service requests enables you to record all essential information related to delivering services to customers and prospects.
Section 1. Navigate to Create Service Request
There are multiple ways to create a Service Request
All-in-1 E-Commerce Dashboard > Select Create Service Request
Select Service Requests from the main left navigation and then click on the button Create Service Request
Section 2. Select an existing customer or add a new prospect to initiate the service request.
For new prospects, please enter their email address, first name, last name, phone number, and details of the requested service. All other fields are optional and may be completed at a later time.
For existing customers, only the email address is required to proceed.
Section 3. Select the service location (Optional)
You may skip this section for now. The location can be added later, and you will have the option to edit your service request at any time.
For existing customers, the service location will be added automatically if it is already in the system. If it is a new location, please feel free to add it manually.
Section 4. You can create a new service request from an existing request page or initiate a custom service request from scratch.
To make your experience quick and seamless for creating a Service Request, you have two options -
a) Use an existing Service Request Page - This will display all the questions, extras and any custom options on this Service Request Page.
OR
b) Create a Custom Service Request from scratch - You will have all the options to add any service and extras.
THEN
Select the Service Request Page or Type of service you are about to create the service request for. Like Home cleaning, Commercial cleaning, Car wash, Mobile Detailing, Pet Services etc.
Section 5. Add/Edit the line items which you will add in your service request
Section 6. Other optional settings
Add any Notes or attachment if needed
Congratulations! You have successfully created a service request!
