Service areas allow you to define the regions you cover by selecting areas on a map. Using this feature ensures that bookings outside your defined service area won’t be able to reach your system.

To turn on service areas for an Advanced Booking Page, you’ll first have to make sure your company’s service areas are defined in Settings -> Service Areas.

Here, you can view all your service areas on the map. To add a new service area, just click Add Service Area. You can also edit or delete any existing service areas at any time.

A map will appear where you can visually select an area you serve. You can zoom in, click to define specific areas, and adjust your selection as needed. Once you’ve marked a region, hit Save. Feel free to add as many service areas as you need.

Once you're satisfied with your service areas, ensure the option Would you like to prevent customers from booking outside these areas? is turned on, and that you're using the Map-Based Area Restrictions. While postal code-based restrictions are available, we recommend using the map option for more precise control over your service areas.

Finally, navigate to Advanced Booking Pages and select the Advanced Booking Page where you'd like to enable service areas. Then, go to the Settings page and click on Service Areas.

Enable service areas here, and hit Save.

Once enabled, customers will only be able to book within your defined service areas.
