How can I ask for a Tip from my customer on the Mobile App?

Ask for a Tip while you are on site

NOTE: You must have MioPay (with Stripe) enabled through your Stripe account.

You can ask your customer for a Tip while you are on site with them. We've provided an easy secure way of ask for a tip and collecting it, using MioPay (with Stripe).

When you are on the Mobile App, navigate to the Booking for you customer. By clicking on the popup menu at the bottom of the screen, you see the menu entry "Ask for a Tip".

The screen will change to show a QR code your customer can scan and provide tip information, securely on their own device. Once they has provided a Tip account, the card will be immediately processed through MioPay (with Stripe).

You can also provide this functionality to your Service providers, through Access rights. From within Settings / Access Rights, administrators are able to specify whether service providers can ask your customer for a tip.
