To begin, head over to Advanced Booking Pages
Next, choose the Advanced Booking Page you’d like to configure by clicking the eye icon next to it
Then, click Settings
On this page, you'll find all the configurable settings for your Advanced Booking Page
1. General Options
Under General Options, you can configure various settings, including booking time intervals, minimum time between bookings, team size, prospect support, customer portal invitations (only visible on Live Pricing and Real-Time Booking Pages).
Additionally, you can enable web confirmation emails, as well as set the base service price, base service time, minimum service price, minimum service time, and layout preferences.

2. Booking Summary
The booking summary on the right-hand side provides your customers with a detailed overview of their booking as they fill out your Live Pricing and Real-Time Booking Page. It includes the total cost, taxes, grand total, and total duration. Each of these components can be customized to either display or hide, depending on your preferences. 3. Confirmation Summary
The confirmation summary will appear on the right-hand side of the booking confirmation page once your customer has successfully filled out your Live Pricing and Real-Time Booking Page. It provides a breakdown of the total cost, taxes, and grand total. Each of these components can be customized to either display or hide, depending on your preferences. 4. Availabilities and Dispatching Settings
On this page, you can choose whether to use operating hours, control whether bookings can extend past your operating hours, and define the earliest booking allowed to ensure customers can only book within acceptable time frames.
Additionally, the page allows you to fine-tune your real-time availability settings, which include adjusting the availability strategy and dispatching strategy. It allows you to control how bookings are assigned and dispatched to service providers in real-time, ensuring that appointments are allocated efficiently based on availability and preferences.

5. Notifications
Here, you can manage your notification settings to ensure clear communication with customers.
Under the Booking Page Cancel and Reschedule Settings section, you can specify whether to allow customers to reschedule their bookings and set the cutoff time for rescheduling prior to the appointment. Likewise, you can decide if cancellations will be permitted and establish the latest time customers can cancel their bookings before the scheduled appointment.
Additionally, you can configure your reminder settings to customize how booking reminders are sent to customers.
6. MioPay
This section lets you configure your Pre-Authorization and/or Charge Now settings. Please note that MioPay is only available if you have a connected Stripe account. To learn how to connect a Stripe account, click here.
With Pre-Authorization, you can decide how much money should be automatically reserved on the customer’s credit card when a booking is made. This allows you to secure funds in advance without charging the customer until the service is completed. Similarly, under Charge Now settings, you can specify how much should be charged immediately when a booking is confirmed.
For both options, you have the flexibility to choose from several options: the full amount, a fixed amount, or a percentage.
7. Confirmation Page
Under the Confirmation Page settings, you can control what happens after a customer or prospect successfully completes an Advanced Booking Page—whether it's a Live Pricing & Real-Time Booking Page, an Interactive Quoting Page, or a Service Request Page. You can choose whether or not to redirect the customer or prospect to a different page instead of the default confirmation page. If you enable redirection, you can specify the URL where the customer or prospect will be directed.
