Can customers receive automatic reminders after I send an Interactive Quote?

Absolutely! Within the Interactive Quote Settings, you can configure automatic reminders to be sent to your customers via email and/or SMS.

To set reminders, go to Interactive Quote Settings found in Settings -> Interactive Quote

There are two types of notifications you can set up for Interactive Quotes:

Open Interactive Quote Reminder

Remind your customers that their Interactive Quote remains open and that you are awaiting their response.

Reminders will be send out until the Interactive Quote is accepted and booked, expires, declined, deleted or 30 days has passed since it's creation. You can adjust the 30 days setting by updating the input field below. Just make sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

Open Interactive Quote Expiring Warning

Notify your customer before their Interactive Quote expires, reminding them that a response is still awaited.
