This article explains how to use the Frequency section to encourage recurring bookings and increase customer lifetime value.

What Is the Frequency Section?

The Frequency section allows customers to choose how often they want your service:

  • One-time

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

  • Monthly

  • Custom intervals

You can apply:

  • Percentage discounts

  • Fixed amount discounts

Important:
You can use either Frequency or Prepaid Bundles on a single Booking Page (not both)

Why Use Frequency?

Adding Frequency helps you:

  • Increase the purchase value from a single customer, thereby increasing your revenue per customer.

  • Encourage repeat bookings - By offering attractive discounts, you can encourage your customers to buy weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.

  • Stabilize recurring revenue

How to Edit Pricing in the Frequency Section

Step 1 – Open Your Booking Page

Go to:

Booking Pages β†’ Select page β†’ Edit

Step 2 – Add & Open the Frequency Section

Add a new Section and select "Frequency Section"

Click the gear icon on the Frequency section.

Select: Modify Section

Step 3 – Configure Frequency & Discounts

For each frequency option, you can:

  • Apply a % discount

  • Apply a fixed $ discount

Changes automatically update the total price in real time.

Instead of Frequency, you can offer:

  • 4 services β†’ 5% discount

  • 6 services β†’ 10% discount

  • 8 services β†’ 15% discount

Bundles are useful to:

  • Secure revenue upfront

  • Improve cash flow

  • Increase customer commitment
