You can view and read your customer feedback through three different options:
Customer Profile - You can see all the feedback given by the customer.
Booking Profile - You can see the feedback given by the customer for each of the services you provided them.
CRM -> Feedback (see image below)- This section lets you view all the feedbacks you received from all your customers. This will help you to understand the trend of your overall quality of service.
Customer Profile
In the left menu bar, go to Customers. Then, select the customer whose feedback you want to view.
On the customer profile screen, you can view all feedback received in the Service Feedback section.
To view all feedback details—such as the date, booking information, and more—click on Customer Feedback.
Booking Profile
In the left menu bar, go to Bookings. Then, select the booking whose feedback you want to view.
On the booking profile screen, you can view all feedback received in the Service Feedback section.
To view all feedback details provided by the customer—such as the date, booking information, and more—click on All Customer Service Feedback.
CRM -> Feedback
In the left navigation menu bar, navigate to CRM and click on Feedback
