Who is involved:

  • Admin: Can enable, disable, and customize the floating dock

  • Service Provider: Has no access to manage this feature

  • Customer: Uses the floating dock to start actions like calling, doing real-time booking or contacting the business

This does not apply to:

  • Businesses without a MioCommerce account

How your Customers Use the Floating Dock

  1. A customer visits your website

  2. The floating dock appears on the screen

  3. The customer clicks one of the available actions

  4. The selected action opens (live pricing buying button, call, chat, or login)

What Happens After a Customer Clicks the Dock

After a customer clicks on a call-to-action (widget) in the floating dock:

  • The selected action opens immediately

  • If they click on the Live Pricing Buy Button - Live price and real-time availabilties are checked and displayed instantly as a pop-up.

  • No booking is created unless the customer completes the full booking process

  • Customer activity follows your existing notification and booking rules
