Web Bookings are the bookings that you have received via your Live Pricing and Real-time Booking Pages.

What Happens When a Web Booking Comes In?

When a customer completes an online booking: The booking is created in MioCommerce

You can find it under: CRM → Web Bookings

You have an option to choose the time frame within which you would like to see your bookings.

Click on the "arrow" to view details about the booking

Booking details displays information like Booking type, customer details, booking details, notes, cost information, location (option to view on maps) plus you can also resend the booking confirmation to your customer (Click on the Blue bar on the right)

Payment is handled securely - if MioPay(via Stripe) is connected

If your MioPay(via Stripe) is connected in the Marketplace and added to your Live Pricing & Real-time Booking page: A pre-authorized charge (or full charge, depending on your settings) is put on hold or charged.

👉 Your payment behavior (Pre-Authorized vs Charge Now) depends on your Booking Page settings.

Scheduled vs Unscheduled Web Bookings

This means:

  • It must be manually scheduled

  • It cannot be dispatched until a date and time are assigned

Scheduled Booking : If your Booking Page allows customers to select a date and time (real-time availability enabled):

  • The booking appears directly on your Calendar

  • It is automatically marked as Scheduled

  • It is ready for dispatch

After a Web Booking Is Scheduled

Once a booking has a confirmed date and time, you can:
