An Interactive Quote can be edited in the draft mode (i.e. once it have been saved) or after it has been sent to the customer.

Once you have sent the IQ, your customer can request changes before accepting. It is easy to modify and resend the quote to your customers.
To edit or modify an Interactive Quote -
Step 1. Go to "Interactive Quote" from the main left navigation. And select the Interactive Quote you would like to edit.
Step 2. On the right menu, under "Actions" click edit
Once you click "Edit", you should be able to edit -
Customer Information - First Name, Last Name and Phone no.

Interactive Quote pricing Options
Any custom services, extras or discounts
Notes and attachment
Expiration date
Terms & Conditions
You will NOT be able to edit
Email
Interactive Quote Booking Type/Service Type
