How do I charge my customer through the Mobile App?

The MioCommerce integration with Stripe allows you to capture customer billing information directly in the MioCommerce admin (and in your Stripe account), making it easy to charge and manage payments through MioPay (with Stripe).

Charge a customer through the Mobile App

Step 1 - Find the Customer Booking on the mobile app

Step 2 - Press the popup menu button at the bottom center of the page

Step 3 - From the popup menu, choose the "Charge The Customer" menu item.

Step 4 - Charging the customer on the Mobile App works like the web version. You can choose any one of the customer's credit cards on file (we've pre-chosen the primary card for you). You can choose to charge the booking in full, the outstanding balance is already set for you, or choose to charge a partial amount. Upon charging the customer, the payment will be processed through MioPay (with Stripe) and will be reflected in your customer's account.
