This is especially useful if:
You or your team rely on Google Calendar daily
You want bookings created in MioCommerce to appear automatically in Google
You need better visibility across multiple devices
You want to avoid double-bookings
Once connected, every booking scheduled in MioCommerce will automatically appear in your Google Calendar.
What Does “Syncing” Mean?
Syncing connects your MioCommerce Calendar with Google Calendar, allowing your bookings to automatically appear in Google.
⚠️ Important:
Sync is one-way only (MioCommerce → Google)
Any edits made directly in Google Calendar not reflect on MioCommerce Calendar
All changes must be made inside MioCommerce Platform
Before You Start
Make sure:
✅ Google Calendar integration is enabled in the App Market
✅ You have a Google account ready
✅ Your browser pop-ups are enabled
Step-by-Step: How to Sync Google Calendar
Step 1: Enable the Google Calendar Integration
Go to Marketplace App Market
Locate Google Calendar
Enable the integration
Confirm your Google account is properly set up
If this step is not completed, syncing will not work.
Step 2: Choose Where to Set Up the Sync
You can start the sync from two locations:
Option 1: From the Calendar Page
Go to Calendar
Click the Google icon at the top of the screen
Option 2: From Settings
Go to Settings
Select Calendar Sync
Choose Google Calendar
Both methods lead to the same connection screen.
Step 3: Connect Your Google Account
Click Connect
A pop-up will appear
If blocked, enable pop-ups and try again
Click Sign in with Google
Select the Google account you want to sync
Click Allow to grant access
Once connected, your calendar will begin syncing.
⏳ It may take a few minutes for bookings to appear in Google Calendar.
If you have logged in with multiple accounts, it will ask to choose the account you would like your calendar to sync with.
Once you have chosen the account, allow MioCommerce to connect with your calendar
All set!!! Your calendar is now syncing. It might take a few minutes to reflect.
How to Fix Google Calendar Sync Issues
If your calendar is not syncing properly:
Go to Settings → Calendar Sync
Disconnect the Google account
Reconnect it
Confirm pop-ups are enabled
Most sync issues are resolved by reconnecting.
Important Notes About Syncing
Sync is one-way (MioCommerce → Google)
Edits must be made inside MioCommerce
Google Calendar events do not push back into MioCommerce
If multiple Google accounts are logged in, make sure you select the correct one
