In MioCommerce, invoices can be edited after they are created. Some updates are made directly on the invoice, while others must be made from the booking or customer profile and will then reflect on the invoice automatically.

Terms & Conditions are a company-wide setting.

  2. Update your Terms & Conditions

Changes apply to all invoices, not just the selected one.

Important to know

  • If an invoice has already been sent, updated invoices must be sent again

  • Editing an invoice does not collect or refund payments

  • Payment status is unaffected by edits
